Mix everything together, I use an egg beater, put in a loaf pan, bake at 350 for 40 - 60 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean)

# Mix flax seed with non-dairy milk, set aside for 10-15 mins
# Mix dry ingredients well
# Mix wet ingredients, including the flax seed mixture
# Mix wet and dry ingredients together
# Put into loaf pan, bake at 350 for 40 - 60 mins (until a toothpick comes out clean)

  2. Mix dry ingredients well
